The application for mutation will be submitted to the Assistant Commissioner (Land).


The following documents should be submitted with mutation application.


(A) Applicable cases: 1. Copy of purchase documents and necessary documents. 2. Warrant certificate 3 The copy of the Heavy Documents and all the records or the Verdict copy of the Verdict FIDE copy. 4. After the latest survey, the Surat / Photocopy of the PIA / Pitt document
5. Land Development Tax Payment 6. Cloth naka 01 copies with details of the specification.

 

(B) Mutation charges:
(A) Application fee for the application fee = 5 / - (Rupees Five)
(B) Notification fee will be charged @ 2 / - (two taka) (for non-residents 4) for more than four people, more than Tk 0.50.
(C) Record Correction Fee = 200 / - (Two hundred) Taka
(D) Mutation mutation fee fee = 43 / - (thirty-three) money

 

If the total = 250 / - (two hundred and fifty) + more than four people, the notice fee will be refunded at Tk 0.50 per person for each.


If the mutation case is not disposed of within 45 days from the day of submission of application and if any of the additional charges mentioned is mentioned, please contact the Assistant Commissioner (Land) / Upazila Executive Officer / Revenue Deputy Collector / Additional Deputy Commissioner (Revenue) or Deputy Commissioner.
